上棟式の続きです
あまり長くなってしまって途中で終わってしまった、上棟式ですが、まだまだ一般的に知られていないことが沢山あります。鏡餅に関しては前回少し触れましたが、知ってますか？鏡餅を拾うことが出来ると、
拾った人が次に上棟式が、かなうと言われていること。つまり鏡餅を拾った人は自分の家が建てられるという事です。ちなみに鏡餅は包丁で切れ目が入っていて、何人かで取り合うようになっています。
（仕事を増やすための大工さんの営業手法かも、冗談です）それと鏡餅の中には、お金が入っている事も、（住宅資金の一部、 笑い・・・）。おめでたい行事の中の、尾ひれの部分と思ってくださいね。
また、弓竹と一緒に立てる、五色の吹流し、これも不思議な古来の日本文化の一つかと思います。
なぜ、五色が、青、赤、黄色、白、紫なのか？これは驚き、中国の陰陽五行説からの由来か。
上棟式から、中国最古の陰陽五行説に繋がるとは誰も思って居なかったと思いますが。
日本の文化と言うものは少なからず、中国の影響があるという事かもしれませんね。
陰陽五行説と言うと、結構専門的な内容になるので、詳しくはわかりませんが、私の知る限りにおいて
説明しましと、中国最古の陰陽説とは、陰と陽、明るいか、暗いか、有るか、無いか、という事、つまり二つに一つ、どちらかと言う説で、この宇宙全体が成り立っていると言う説ですが、その後五行説と言う、
木、火、土、金、水の要素で世の中全体が動いていると言う説です。
そこで、先程の五色の吹流しの色に合わせてください。五行説を色にたとえると、木＝青、火＝赤、土＝黄、金＝白、水＝紫となりますが、この色が吹流しの色となっています。
そこで余談ですが、私がこの仕事の修行をしていて教えていただいたのは、色の順序が違っていました。それは、青、黄、赤、白、紫、という順序と教えていただいたのですが、どちらが本当かは・・・・・
色の順序と言えば、名のある家相の先生は、真ん中が紫で、西が黄色と言う先生もいます。
中国で生まれた五行説では、中心は中国であり黄砂の表現から、中心が黄色と言う説もあるように
私が、仕事のときに吹流しを造る場合、悩みのひとつになっています。
どちらにしても、自分が信じた方法が一番と思い込むことかも知れません。
最近では、なかなか見れなくなってしまった、五色の吹流しを探してみては。
