江戸しぐさと商人道

　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　ある会の新年会に出席しました時に、非常に心に響くと言うか、日本人なんだなーと感じる講演を聴いて、これは是非多くの方に伝えたいと思いました。
「江戸しぐさと商人道」最初は何だか解らない言葉にあまり興味が沸きませんでしたが、話を聞いていく内に日本人の心の内に秘めた心から暖かいと思えるような話に聞き入ってしまいました。
内容を少しだけ紹介しますね。
講師の先生は、「佐藤なな子先生」です。写真にあるように私好みの清潔な感じの美人の先生で、ただお子さんがいると言うのだけは、聞きたくなかったですね。この名前を出していると言う事は、まして写真まで出していると言う事は、ちゃんとお許しを頂いていますのでご心配なく。それでは、どの様な内容かと言いますと。

江戸しぐさとは、江戸時代の商人が代々受け継いでいた「商人哲学」と言える考えを、今の時代に置き換えて、商売が繁盛するシステム、リーダーシップスタイルを説いた教えと考えてください。それは、一言で言うと人間としての心の教えと言う事かなと感じました。
その「江戸しぐさ」の中から、幾つか紹介しますね。
「融合しぐさ」?三脱の教えーー年齢は、職業は、肩書きは、？と初対面の人には聞かない。
　　　　　　　　　　　結界わきまえーー分相応をわきまえて
　　　　　　　　　　　意気合いしぐさーー粋、は、心意気、そして、生き生きのイキ、
　　　　　　　　　　　尊異論ーーーーー異なる意見を尊重し、新人の話にも耳を傾ける
これが一部になりますが、江戸しぐさは江戸と言う環境に生まれたと言います。現在の東京の４分の一から五分の一くらいの江戸の地域に多くの町民がひしめき合って共存していたと言う事から生まれたそうです。共倒れしない習慣づくりから生まれていったと言う事です。その他には、
「往来しぐさ」?七三歩きー真ん中の七割は天下の道（お侍の行列が通る）端の三割が町方衆の歩く道
　　　　　　　　　　　こぶし腰浮かせー乗合船で、席を一つ作るのに、こぶし分ちょっと浮かせて。

「３つの融合しぐさ」
コミニュケーションーー人と会っている時に、足組み、腕組みをするな。

　　　　　　　　　　　　　感情を逆なでするような言葉を使うな「刺し言葉」
　　　　　　　　　　　　　人の意見を無視するな。
人付き合いの方法ーー「そんなに偉い方とは知らずに」とは言うな。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　自分と違う意見をないがしろにするな。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　人に行き先をむやみに聞くな。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　紹介者を飛び越えて親密になるな。
自分自身の心構えーー忙しい、忙しいと言うな。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　口先ではなく、目で人を判断しろ。
　　　　　　　　　　　　　　うかつあやまり。
今日は、久しぶりだったので、随分と長くなってしまいました。でも、この「江戸のしぐさ」を聞いている内に、江戸時代に行ってみたくなりませんか。町のみんなが助け合って、それでも尊重し合って一生懸命に生きている姿を、想像してください。その中に、今は無くなってしまった人間らしさ、もう一度思い出したい気持ちになったのは、私だけでしょうか。
